The official weigh-in procedure has just finished in London for the participants of the big boxing evening from the promotion company Matchroom Boxing, the main event of which will be a duel between mandatory contender for the WBO heavyweight title Alexander Usik and experienced British gatekeeper Derek Chisora, while in the co-main fight lightweights Lee Selby and George Kambosos will fight for the IBF Challengers.
As expected, Usyk turned out to be much lighter than his opponent, and the difference in weight was more than 17 kilograms. At the same time, the Ukrainian approached this fight with the greatest weight in his career; in the previous fight against Chazz Witherspoon, the former undisputed champion weighed a kilogram less.
Alexander Usik (98.4 kg) – Derek Chisora (115.7 kg)
Lee Selby (61.1 kg) – George Kamposos Jr. (61.1 kg)
