Recall that the Usyk – Chisora fight will take place on October 31 at the SSE Arena in London. Initially, the fight was scheduled for March 28, but Usyk did not manage to heal his elbow injury. As a result, the fight was postponed to May 23, and then postponed again due to the coronavirus pandemic.
For Usyk, this fight will be the second in heavyweight. Last fall, he prematurely stopped Chazz Witherspoon, who refused to continue the fight after the seventh round. As for Chisora, in the last fight, which also took place in the fall of 2019, he defeated David Price by TKO.
