“We urge you to include PEESCA in the final version of the National Defense Appropriation Act for FY2021. This will not only strengthen European energy security and US national security, but also demonstrate a strong US commitment to a democratic future for Ukraine, free from harmful Russian influence, ”the letter says.
The letter was signed by four co-chairs of the Ukrainian Caucus – Democrats Marcy Kaptur and Mike Quigley and Republicans Brian Fitzpatrick and Andy Harris.
