The actress posted a series of photos from the ward and answered some questions about childbirth.
Last week, 32-year-old Claire Holt became a mother for the second time – she had a daughter. The actress immediately announced the good news on her Instagram, revealed the child’s name – the girl was named El – and was not afraid to post a photo with her daughter’s face.
Now Claire went even further and published a photo report from the birth process (without unnecessary details). Holt posted the pictures in the stories section, where she answered some of the subscribers’ questions. The actress said that the second birth felt more difficult for her than the first, and lasted 4 hours longer. She also noted that she asked for an epidural anesthesia, and told how the coronavirus pandemic affected childbirth.
When we arrived, I was immediately tested for covid. When we were alone in the room, we were allowed to take off our masks, but when the nurses came, we were asked to put them on (even if the test was negative). The most unpleasant thing, to be honest, was that visitors were not allowed in the ward. It is very important to be with someone close and loved at such a moment, and I was upset that this time was not allowed. But I’m still grateful for the way it went. Andrew [Джоблон, муж Клэр] I was there anyway, I can’t imagine how I would have dealt with it alone,
– shared the actress.
