The flagship Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro can get a display with QHD + resolution (3200 × 1440 pixels)


IN recent beta versions MIUI 12 firmware found details about new flagship Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro.

New lines of code points to that Xiaomi decided to work and improve display quality. So, in the settings app of the latest MIUI 12 on Android 11 base mentions QHD + resolution (3200×1440 pixels).

Since neither in one Xiaomi smartphone does not have such a screen, it is assumed that it will be the flagship of 2021 Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro. It is expected to will receive display with high resolution and refresh rate 120 Hz.

IN settings also says that QHD + «consumes more energy»so users will be prompted to switch to more economical FHD + resolution.

By the way, earlier in MIUI 12 code found information about MEMC support, SDR to HDR и smart scaling.

The current flagship Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro only has an FHD + panel with refresh rate 90 Hz. But on the market already has smartphones with QHD +. The first such models were the OnePlus 8 Pro and OPPO Find X2 Pro с high-resolution panels and refresh rate 120 Hz.
