Samsung Galaxy S21 noticed in FCC: the smartphone will support wired charging at 25 W and reversible at 9 W

Details about the flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S21 continue to appear on the network.

What is it this time

The device has been certified by the American agency FCC with a model number SM-G991U. According to the documents, the new product will support 25W fast wired charging. In addition, the device will receive a reversible charging of 9 W. For comparison, the still current generation of the Galaxy S20 supports 5W reversible charging.

Interestingly, the EP-TA800 charger is also mentioned in the FCC database. Most likely, it is the manufacturer who will recommend it for purchase with the device, because according to the latest information, there will be no adapter included with the smartphone.

As a reminder, Android Police published official teasers of the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra yesterday. All three new items are set to debut at the January 14 event.
