Rumor: Jack Catteral is ready to give Josh Taylor the right to fight with Jose Ramirez

According to The Athletic journalist Mike Coppinger, the mandatory contender for the WBO light welterweight title (up to 63.5 kg), Briton Jack Catteral (25-0-0, 13 KO) agreed to organize a fight for the absolute championship between compatriot Josh Taylor (17 -0-0, 13 KO) and American Jose Carlos Ramirez (26-0-0, 17 KO).

“Sources: Jack Catteral, the 140-pound WBO challenger, agreed to wait and gave the go-ahead to organize a fight for all four belts between Josh Taylor and Jose Ramirez in early 2021. In return, he wants to come out on top immediately.” wrote Coppinger on his Twitter.
