Rumor: Demetrius Andrejd found a replacement for the fight on November 27th, this is an undefeated prospect

According to The Athletic journalist Mike Coppinger, WBO middleweight champion (up to 72.6 kg), American Demetrius Andrejd (29-0-0, 18 KO) has found a replacement for his November 27 performance in Hollywood.

Let’s remind, initially Andrejd was supposed to fight with undefeated compatriot Dusty Hernandez (34-0-1, 20 KO), but the fight fell through due to the latter’s poor form.

The new contender will be 27-year-old American prospect Dimitrius Ballard (20-0-1, 13 KO). The fighter has been performing in the profiling since 2013 and during this time he did not have time to make a worthy opposition, except for the December draw against the bronze medalist of the London Olympics, Brazilian Yamaguchi Falcao (16-1-1, 7 KO).
