OnePlus developers have rolled out the new stable OxygenOS firmware for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro smartphones.
What is known
The update was released with build number 18.104.22.168 and weighs almost 400 MB. The system has fixed bugs, optimized performance, display brightness, settings, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. In addition, the October security patch and a new function were installed in the firmware Canvas, which was tested in the latest OxygenOS beta. It displays the outlines of portrait photos on the desktop in Always-On Display.
When to expect
OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro owners around the world have already started receiving OxygenOS 22.214.171.124 firmware. If, suddenly, you don’t have an update yet, you can download it through the Oxygen Updater application or on the XDA website.
