Nokia 5.4: full-screen display, Snapdragon 662 chip, quad camera and € 189 price tag


Yesterday HMD Global showed Nokia C1 Plus smartphone with Android Go on board, and today the company has launched another novelty on the market – Nokia 5.4.


As stated in the leaks, the smartphone looks very similar to the Nokia 3.4 and Nokia 8.3 5G. The device received a 6.39-inch IPS HD + display with a hole for a 16MP front camera. Under the hood of the novelty, an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor is installed. The chip is paired with 4 GB of RAM and a 64/128 GB drive. The Nokia 5.4 is powered by a 4000 mAh battery.

A classic fingerprint scanner and a main camera with four sensors are placed on the back of the device. The main sensor is 48 megapixels. It is complemented by a 5 megapixel shirik, a 2 megapixel depth sensor and the same macro sensor. In a smartphone present USB-C port, headphone jack and separate button to launch Google Assistant. There is no information about the NFC module.

Out of the box, the device runs on Android 10. There will be an update to Android 11, but later.

Price and when to wait

Nokia 5.4 will appear in Europe soon with a price tag of 189 euros. As for Ukraine, then to us the novelty will arrive at the end of January. For a smartphone they will ask for UAH 5,499.
