No 5G: Samsung Galaxy A72 will only hit the market with 4G

Images and detailed specifications of the Galaxy A72 have been leaked recently. It was supposed that the device will hit the market in two versions, but it seems that this is not the case.

What is known

According to German insider Max Jambor, the novelty will not receive 5G and will only be sold with support for the 4G LTE network. This is strange, because the younger model Galaxy A52 will work in the fifth generation networks. Perhaps the company took such a step so as not to inflate the price tag of the device. Recall, according to leaks, Galaxy A72 will cost 449 euros in Europe.

The device is also credited with a plastic case with IP67 protection, 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with resolution 2400×1080 pixels and refresh rate 90 Hz, sub-screen scanner, quad camera with 64 MP + 12 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP sensors, 6/8 GB of RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor. The novelty will be powered by a 5000 battery mAch.

When to expect

The Samsung Galaxy A72 will be unveiled alongside the Galaxy A52 late this month or early next month.
