Mikhail Aloyan contracted coronavirus and will not perform in December

Russian flyweight title contender (up to 52.2 kg) Mikhail Aloyan (5-1-0, 0 KO) will not perform as originally planned on December 15 in Russia.

As a reminder, Aloyan was supposed to challenge the “interim” WBA title against experienced Colombian Pablo Carrillo (25-7-1, 16 KO).

The Russian has not fought since December last year, when, following the results of twelve rounds, he outboxed Panamanian Ronal Batista (12-2-0, 8 KO), closing the defeat to top South African Zolani Tete (28-4-0, 21 KO).
