The author of the book about the royal family noted that Meghan and Harry for some reason gave false information about the time of birth of their son Archie.
Historian Robert Lacy, in his new book on the royal family, Battle of Brothers: The Inside Story of a Family in Tumult, has noted another point that negatively affected Prince William’s relationship with Meghan and Harry.
The author notes that William did not like that Meghan and Harry announced the birth of their son Archie later than the event actually happened.
On May 6 in the morning, Megan gave birth to an absolutely healthy son, albeit with a delay. Baby Archie was born at 5:26 am
– the author writes. And eight hours later, the palace issued a notification that Megan was just giving birth.
Buckingham Palace supported their cunning and at 2 pm published a message that the Duchess of Sussex was in labor. Although she actually gave birth to a baby eight hours earlier,
– writes Robert and notes that Prince William “does not think too highly of the maneuvers of Harry and Megan, trying to hide the birth of their son.”
Also in his book, Lacey noted that William looked closely at Megan for a long time and advised Harry not to rush into marriage, not because he was worried about his brother’s personal life, but because he cared about the reputation of the royal family:
Perhaps he was worried about the fate of the “firm” of which he would one day become the boss. So Harry’s answer is [на совет не торопиться] was harsh and offensive.
