Founder and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants Ross Young (Ross Young) shared the first details about next clamshell versions of the Galaxy Z Flip.
So, according to an insider, the Korean manufacturer plans to introduce a new product in the spring of 2021. That is, you should not wait for a smartphone at the presentation of the flagship series of devices Galaxy S21. For comparison, the original Galaxy Z Flip was shown in February this year, and the company released its 5G version in August.
The Z Flip 2 will not be launched with the S21, but it will be launched in the spring. I am impressed with the upgrades it will get.

Unfortunately, Young did not reveal the specifications of the Galaxy Z Flip 2. He only added that the smartphone will be radically different from the current generation. It can be assumed that the device will be equipped with a 120 Hz display, a new top-end Snapdragon 875 processor, a camera with multiple modules, and an updated hinge.
