Huawei showed a poster of one of the smartphones Mate 40 with an octagonal camera

Huawei has published a poster on the social network Weibo with image one of the Mate 40 smartphones.

What showed

On the render you can see a camera with an unusual design. The sensors will be placed on an octagonal ledge. This solution looks attractive, although, of course, this is a matter of taste. By the way, on the body of the device you can still see the red power button and the usual buttons for adjusting the volume.

Recall to the Mate 40 range will include four devices: Huawei Mate 40, Huawei Mate 40 Pro, Huawei Mate 40 Pro + and Huawei Mate 40 RS PORSCHE DESIGN… The smartphones will be powered by the new flagship Kirin 9000 processor. They are also credited with AMOLED displays with increased refresh rates, multiple cameras and 4500-5000 mAh batteries. The devices should be delivered with EMUI 11 and Android 11 shell on board.

When to expect

The presentation of the Huawei Mate 40 series of smartphones will take place on October 22. The event is also worth waiting for the full-size FreeBuds Studio headphones, which will compete with the AirPods Studio, as well as the Huawei Watch GT2 Porsche Design smart watch. They are rumored to be running on the proprietary HongMengOS 2.0 system (aka HarmonyOS 2.0).
