Company HTC released the mid-range Desire 21 Pro 5G smartphone last month and is now showing off its new ultra-budget.
What is known
The device was named HTC Wildfire E Lite and it is a simplified version of the usual Wildfire E. The new product received the same appearance, but slightly different specifications.
The smartphone is equipped with a 5.45-inch LCD display with HD + resolution and a MediaTek Helio A20 processor, which is paired with 2 GB of RAM. Built-in storage in the new product of 16 GB. It can be expanded with a microSD card. Wildfire E Lite also has a 3000 mAh battery, a 5 MP front camera, a dual main camera with an 8 MP main sensor and even a fingerprint scanner, which is not often found in smartphones in this price category.
As for the software part, the device is running Android 10 Go Edition. It is optimized for low hardware and boasts a set of simplified Google apps.
Price and when to wait
HTC Wildfire E Lite will start selling in South Africa and Russia for $ 103 in the coming days. In other countries, the unit will appear later.
