Former world champion in 5 weight divisions Floyd Mayweather, who expressed his willingness to prepare Deontay Wilder for an epic fight with WBC champion Tyson Fury.
We remind you that in February of this year, Wilder suffered his first defeat in his professional career, losing to Fury in the 7th round. Wilder then used his right to an immediate rematch and a third fight was slated for December 2020.
As for Mayweather, he left the ring in 2017 undefeated, 50-0, and is currently one of the top boxers of all time. Having been engaged in promotional activities, Mayweather has gathered promising young fighters under his banner, in particular, he takes care of WBA lightweight champion Gewonte Davis.
Fury Mayweather is treated with great respect, and Wilder is considered the most dangerous puncher to date:
“Tyson Fury is good and he has solid experience, and Wilder has his trump cards, but he needs to go to the next level. All that is required from him for today is to tell me what he wants and we will achieve the result together.”
