Errol Spence said when he retires from welterweight

WBC / IBF welterweight champion (up to 66.7 kg), American Errol Spence (26-0-0, 21 KO) admitted that he would like to play two more fights after the alleged victory over compatriot Danny Garcia (36-2-0, 21 KO) in December before leaving the division.

“Of course, this is Danny, and I do not want to look behind him, because now he tops my list. So, this is Danny, Manny Pacquiao and Terence Crawford, after which I will rise in weight,” said the fighter.

According to Spence, he could move to middleweight in the future (up to 72.6 kg). The fighter sees as a motivation a potential megafight with the leader of the “pound-for-pound” rating, Mexican Saul Alvarez (53-1-2, 36 KO).
