Daniel Jacobs: “I want to fight Jermall Charlo”

Former world middleweight champion (up to 72.6 kg), American Daniel Jacobs (36-3-0, 30 KO), commenting on the upcoming fight with compatriot Gabriel Rosado (25-12-1, 14 KO), said that he would like if victorious, fight the reigning WBC champion Jermall Charlo (31-0-0, 22 KO).

“I won’t even call him. I don’t want to look behind Rosado, but I’m eyeing the Charlo brothers, Jermall. Yes, I want to fight him, and if it’s feasible in the near future, we’ll do it. The fans would love it.”

I think all this talk about Charlo going up in weight is getting attention. Although I see no reason not to do this fight in the second middle or intermediate weight, “- said Jacobs.
