ESPN columnist Steve Kim, speaking about the upcoming fight between American Terence Crawford (36-0-0, 27 KO) and Briton Kell Brook (39-2-0, 27 KO), said that the latter is a big outsider.
“Crawford just needs to be who he is – one of the most versatile fighters in the sport. Unless he suddenly starts physically failing at 33, it’s hard to imagine losing a fight.
I don’t think he will get much recognition for defeating Brook. For him, it’s more of a chance to make money and set the stage for something big in 2021. I won’t believe for a second that Crawford is avoiding anyone in the division, “said Kim.
