Andrade: “I never shy away from a fight … and I have big plans for next year”

On November 27 at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, WBO middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade (29-0 18, KOs) will face his compatriot Dusty Harrison (34-0-1, 20 KOs).

The champion will enter the ring for the first time since his third successful title defense in January 2020 against Luke Keeler. Thus, this is the second fight for Andrade this year, where he is going to test himself for another title defense and a possible transition to the second middleweight (76, 2 kg). Demetrius does not hide that the goal of such a maneuver is to become a champion in 3 weight categories.

Andrade said the following about the future fight and rival:

“This is a great opportunity for me to test my strength at 168 pounds. I box with a young undefeated guy who was a good amateur and was waiting for this day. I understand that this is his chance, because by beating the champion, he will change his life dramatically. concerns me, if there is an opportunity to fight, I fight, and I will not hide, I have big plans for the future. “
